Your new database is now available from the 'Database Management' window. One large database should be all that is required. The PokerTracker 4 database was designed to handle millions of hands so there is no need to create multiple databases for certain sites, limits, etc. You should be able verify that for yourself by reviewing the relevant tournaments in PokerTracker 4 and the files provided to you by your poker site for those tournaments. If you are using a virtual machine, such as VMWare Fusion or Parallels Desktop, we strongly recommend running PostgreSQL in the host operating system, which may necessitate changing the Server entry to the local IP address of your host operating system if you do not already have the defaults configured in this fashion. We have seen party skins in France provide hand history files which are impossible to import as they are missing critical information such as the board cards. This information will only need to be altered if you utilize a remote PostgreSQL server or are running PokerTracker within a virtual machine. These boxes will be automatically populated, as shown here. In most cases the default information will not need to be changed. Server, User, Port and Password are the four pieces of information needed to connect to a PostgreSQL server. They do not need to be the same but you will probably find it easier to keep track of things if you keep them the same. The 'Name' field is the name which PokerTracker 4 uses and the 'Database' in PostgreSQL Server Information is the name of the actual PostgreSQL database.
